Return Policy

Overview

At Slam Dunk Collectibles, we want every order to be a great experience. We take pride in carefully packing and shipping every product, and we stand behind everything we sell. If something goes wrong, we're here to make it right. Please read through our return policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.


Sealed Products

Please note that all sales on sealed wax products — including hobby boxes, blaster boxes, hanger packs, and sealed cases — are final. This is standard practice across the hobby industry. Once a sealed product leaves our facility, we have no way of verifying its condition or whether it has been opened. We appreciate your understanding on this.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize and we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item received
  • A clear photo of the packaging it arrived in

Once we review your claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions depending on the situation:

  • A replacement of the same item if stock is available
  • Store credit for the value of the affected item
  • A full or partial refund where applicable

Eligible Returns

For non-sealed items such as singles, graded cards, or other collectibles, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item is in the same condition as when it was sent — unaltered, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • You contact us first before sending anything back

Items that have been altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 20 to 36 hours and walk you through the next steps.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error — such as a wrong item or a damaged product — we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and applied to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • All sealed wax products (hobby boxes, blaster boxes, cases, packs)
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items returned without prior authorization
