Sealed Products All Sales Final
Please be aware that all sales on sealed wax products — including hobby boxes, blaster boxes, hanger packs, retail packs, and sealed cases — are completely final and non-refundable. This is consistent with standard industry practice. The contents of sealed products are determined by the manufacturer and are entirely random. We have no control over, and make no guarantees regarding, the cards or hits contained within any sealed product.
By purchasing a sealed product from us, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control including carrier delays, customs processing, or extreme weather conditions.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
